HRGC-Gantry CNC Flame & Plasma Cutting Machine

  HRGC-gantry CNC flame & plasma cutting machine is the most widely used machine in the high-precision metal sheet cutting industry, and is the ideal equipment for thermal cutting of metal sheet. It can generate cutting programs automatically by nesting software according to drawing requirements, and controlled by CNC system to cutting various parts with complex shapes, which has the advantages of high cutting precision, high cutting efficiency, high material utilization rate and so on. It can be customized according to customer’s actual production needs to choose different guide rail center distance and guide rail length.

  The products are divided into four series: economical series, standard series, fine small hole series and pipe & plate integrated series.

Economical Series

  The economical series product with special lightweight design, light weight, good rigidity and low inertia. It adopts stepper motor (optional servo motor) bilateral drive, rack and gear transmit, smooth and reliable operation.

Standard Series

  The standard series product with special design, good rigidity and low inertia. It adopts servo motor bilateral drive, rack and gear transmit, smooth and reliable operation. It can choose different cutting torch quantity according to the diversified production needs of customers, and can also increase the multi-head strip cutting function to meet the needs of batch cutting strips in steel structure industry and boiler industry, and other industries.

Fine Small Hole Series

  The fine small hole series product with better performance than standard models, and the running speed is faster. It is equipped with fine plasma as standard, which is used to cut 1: 1 fine small hole with thickness of 6mm and above. The cutting quality is close to the level of laser cutting, and without post-processing.

Pipe & Plate Integrated Series

  The pipe & plate integrated series product is a dual-purpose model for pipe and plate cutting. The pipe cutting function of the standard model is round pipe cutting, and the cutting function of the square pipe and other special pipe can also be optional. According to the different cutting needs of the pipe, 2-6 axis products can be customized.
