HRLH-Welding Column & Boom Manipulator

  HRLH-welding column & boom manipulator is the most widely used machine in the welding field of ring workpiece such as cylinder, elbow, pipe flange and so on. It can realize the automatic welding of inner and outer circular seam, inner and outer longitudinal seam of ring workpiece such as cylinder and pipe flange with the welding rotator, and the automatic welding of ring workpiece such as elbow and pipe flange can be realized with the welding positioner. Welding column & boom manipulator is divided into medium and heavy type. The maximum effective distance of medium type machine can reach 4000mm × 4000mm, and the maximum effective distance of heavy type machine can reach 8000mm × 8000mm. It can be equipped with MAG/MIG welding, SAW welding, TIG welding, PAW welding and K-TIG welding systems according to different process requirements. In addition, according to different welding processes, it can be equipped with automatic tracking system, flux recovery & transportation system, video monitoring system and other auxiliary systems.

  If there are higher requirements, all linear guide type precision welding machine is available.
