HRBL-Side Beam Longitudinal Circular Seam Welding Machine

  HRBL-side beam longitudinal circular seam welding machine is mainly used for automatic welding of longitudinal and circular seam of ring workpiece such as cylinder, pipe flange and so on. The workpiece is loaded on the welding rotator, moving the welding torch for automatic longitudinal welding, and through the welding rotator roller rotation to drive the workpiece rotate for automatic circular welding. It can be equipped with MAG/MIG welding, SAW welding, TIG welding, PAW welding and K-TIG welding systems according to different process requirements. In addition, according to different welding processes, it can be equipped with automatic tracking system, flux recovery & transportation system, video monitoring system and other auxiliary systems.
